By large, Bauhub users can be divided into three categories: company administrators, project administrators and users of a user group

Company administrators have total control over the company's projects and its users. Also, they can create new projects, pre-define folder structures and user groups.

Project administrators have the ability to control the whole project — create file structures, document folders, invite other users and create workboards to manage tasks with them.

Users added via user groups are given exact rights as to which folders and workboards they are allowed to access and how to contribute.
