The Bauhub Dashboard has received a major update! In this release, we focused on improving task management and overall visibility to make daily project coordination even smoother.

What stayed the same?

All fundamental features remain – you can still give different project participants access to dashboards, and tasks continue to follow a workflow based on their statuses.

What’s new?

  • Calendar View: tasks now have both a start date and a due date, allowing for more precise scheduling and visual tracking of project progress.
  • List View: designed for handling large numbers of tasks. You can adjust grouping and sorting to suit your needs.
  • Customizable Statuses: the workflow is now fully in your control. Add or remove steps, change their order – or keep it simple with a “To Do / Done” setup.
  • Task Categories per Project: categories are now managed under project settings and define how tasks are grouped within each project.
  • Company-Level Settings: a new “Tasks” tab under company settings lets you define default categories and workflow templates that are automatically applied to new projects, ensuring consistency across your organization.


This update lays the groundwork for what’s next – the upcoming release will focus on improving task creation and addition.
