In the Bauhub app, you can sign documents and see which documents you have signed or refused to sign.
To view your signatures, you need to click on the "Signatures" icon in the bottom right corner. In the view that opens, all pending signatures, i.e. documents waiting for your signature, are displayed first, and in the top menu bar, you can view documents that have already been signed and refused to be signed separately.
To sign a document, select the document to be signed and perform the signing either with Mobile-ID or Smart-ID. If you wish to refuse to sign the document, press the "Decline" icon and fill in the reason for the refusal.
NB! If you do not have a reason to enter a refusal to sign, you cannot refuse to sign the document
