In the Bauhub app, you can sign documents and view which documents you have signed or refused to sign.
To view your documents, tap the “Signature” icon in the bottom-right corner. The opened view will first display all pending signatures, meaning documents that are waiting for your signature. In the top menu bar, you can also separately view documents that you have already signed and documents you have decline to sign.
To sign a document, select the document you want to sign and complete the signing process using Mobile-ID or Smart-ID.
If you want to refuse to sign the document, tap the “Decline” icon and enter the reason for refusing to sign.
NB! You cannot refuse to sign a document unless you have provided a reason for refusing to sign.
