Only company administrators can manage invoicing rules and that includes if your monthly subscription invoices are consolidated or not.
Open company settings and select "Subscriptions". From there, you can see a switch/toggle which enables consolidated invoicing. Using consolidated invoicing for your monthly subscriptions means that you will receive only one invoice each month that includes all active projects at the moment the invoice is generated and sent to you.
