Annual subscriptions
You can select your invoicing preference — PDF files sent via e-mail or e-invoicing — when you are creating a new project.

If you want to change your invoicing preferences after the project is created, then it can be managed only by company administrators. Open company settings and select "Subscriptions" tab. Locate the project in question, click on vertical ellipsis icon at the end of the project row and select "Invoice settings". From there, select "E-invoice" and all upcoming invoices are sent as e-invoices.




Monthly subscriptions
You can select your invoicing preference — PDF files sent via e-mail or e-invoicing — when you are creating a new project.

For consolidated invoicing
Click on "Consolidated invoicing settings" and select the e-invoice option. All upcoming invoices are sent as e-invoices.



For single invoices
Each project subscription has to be edited separately. Locate the project in question, click on the vertical ellipsis icon at the end of the project row and select "Invoice settings". From there, select "E-invoice" and all upcoming invoices are sent as e-invoices.
