In addition to the header of your template, you can customise the content and structure of your checklist template in full. Different content types that can be used are as follows:
Large text field
A text field in which the title and content subfields are both visually positioned on separate lines and from edge to edge. Additional options:
* required — has to be filled upon using the template;
* editable — contents can be edited upon using the template.
Small text field
A text field in which the title and content subfields are visually arranged on a single line and from edge to edge. Additional options:
* required — has to be filled upon using the template;
* editable — contents can be edited upon using the template.
Checkpoint
Mark "Yes/No/NA" answers upon using the template:
"Yes" — use the main plan if you want to annotate your positive findings (e.g. point out installed exit signs);
"No" — place your issue as a Bauhub task or as a simple comment; use the main plan for annotations or replace it with any other plan from your project.
"NA" — not applicable
Additional options:
* checkpoint — this triggers above mentioned functionality (Yes/No/NA options); works as a title field when in deselected state (e.g. if you want to create sub-content; see "sub-checkpoint");
* attachments — add attachments to the checkpoint.
Sub-checkpoint
This content types can only be inserted following a checkpoint content. Mark "Yes/No/NA" answers upon using the template:
"Yes" — use the main plan if you want to annotate your positive findings (e.g. point out installed exit signs);
"No" — place your issue as a Bauhub task or as a simple comment; use the main plan for annotations or replace it with any other plan from your project;
NA" — not applicable
Additional options:
* checkpoint — this triggers above mentioned functionality (Yes/No/NA options); works as a subtitle field when in deselected state;
* attachments — add attachments to the checkpoint;
* numbering — turns on numbering for the checkpoint structure.
Date/Time
For entering date or time type of information; date-type is used as default.
Additional options:
* time — changes the input to the time type;
* required — has to be filled upon using the template;
Multiple choice
For creating a multiple-choice question. New options can be added from the "add option" button.
Additional options:
* checkboxes — to mark several options upon using the template;
* required — has to be filled upon using the template.
Text area
Content that allows you to add formatted text, including tables (table formatting options found from the three-dot icon).
PS! Entered text can not be edited upon using the template.
Checkpoint list
Content to create a titled checkpoint list. Upon using the template, user can write down found issues as a list while recording them as Bauhub tasks as well.
Attachments
Add attachments as separate files which can be viewed/downloaded upon using the template (e.g referring to some legal documents or material information).
