Filling out checklists
Inspections can be performed by:
1. project administrators;
2. user group members who have been assigned rights per template.
By default, user group members do not have rights to perform inspections, in order to avoid spamming and wrongly performed inspections.
However, if user group members should be able to perform inspection — e.g. there's an outside consultant who runs inspections on safety — then you can assign them rights per template.
Open "Checklists" and select "Checklist settings". On your right, you can see templates assigned to this very project. Click in the "Settings" button and you can select user groups with access or assign it to all user groups at once.
