Select Documents or Plans from the menu and select one file. Then click “Share” on the bottom bar. 
In the window that opens, you will find the green button “+ Add files” as an additional option.
Clicking the "Add Files" button, a new window opens for you where you can add files through search or search for files in the folders of plans and documents.

When selecting the files that you want to share, you must finally click the “Select” button to proceed with the creation of the folder.
