To enable form templates for different projects, you need to be a company administrator with "Forms manager" rights.
Open company settings and select "Form templates".
For company form templates, which are either Bauhub default templates or templates created by your company users, you can click on the numbers presented in the column "Active in projects". This presents you with a list of projects and you can enable/disable the template in each of your projects.
Projects form templates lists all form templates that are created only within single projects. If you want to enable these templates for other projects as well, then click on the ellipsis icon and select "Copy to company templates". Once the template is set as a company form template, you can once again manually control which for which exact projects the template is enabled for.
