Using file approval
File approval is a transparent and flexible process that enables users to express whether files uploaded to Bauhub — e.g. constructional plans or handover documents — are approved for further actions or not.
Although you can use it to approve any sort of files, the most common use-cases are:
* approving constructional plans with developers and general contractors;
* confirming materials to-be-used on the site;
* processing change orders.
All files uploaded to either plans or drawings folders can be used for approvals.
Each file that is or has been in approval (either approved or refused) has an icon presented next to it in the file folder to better signal its status.
