Signing files digitally
You can both upload and create digital containers in Bauhub. Having tens and hundreds of digital containers uploaded to your project every week makes is almost impossible for anyone to follow which containers are meant for signing and which not.
Inviting users to sign a certain file makes sure that users know what and when they are supposed to sign. Each invite is sent via e-mail (with a link to Bauhub) as well as notified with Bauhub in-app notifications. What is more, every file that a user is invited to sign, can later be easily found through "Signatures" menu where one can filter signed, declined and containers still waiting to be signed.
For project administrators, invites also make it easier to follow which documents are still in progress or which are successfully signed.
