Documents and forms

To edit a form template that was created only on the project level, then open "Documents" functionality from the project menu, click on "Create new" from the upper menu and select "Project templates".

Locate the template you want to edit and clik on the ellips icon on the right hand. A dropdown menu with 3 editing options appears:
1. new version — edit the existing version by creating a new version of the same form; once you've completed the changes, you can publish a new version that is enabled to users under the same template name;
2. copy template — create a separate copy of the template that you can publish as a totally new template;
3. delete template — delete the template from you project.

If you are the company administrator and you have the rights to control form templates, you can then edit templates that are used company-wide. For that, open company settings and select "Form templates" tab. All templates are split as company-level templates and templates created in single projects.

Each template has an icon on the right-hand side dependent on the type of the form template:
* vertical ellipsis — available for templates created by your company and for a selection of Bauhub templates; templates created by your company users can be used to create new versions or create standalone new copies; Bauhub templates are available for copying only;
* ratchet icon — Bauhub templates that due technical reasons are not available for editing; you can control for which projects these templates are enabled for;
* no icon — custom made templates that can not be edited or copied.
